Rebecca is now accepting client referrals through the SEAL Future Foundation. Clients will receive a medical needs assessment by Foundation volunteers, who are former SEAL medics. If they qualify for psychiatric services and are located in a state where Rebecca is licensed, they may be referred to her or another of the Foundation’s psychiatric providers.
